Owen S. Denman, P.E.
President
Mr. Denman has been the President of the company since 1999, bringing over 30 years of product development experience and over 20 years of management experience in the roadway safety features markets. He is a past chairman of the TRB subcommittee on International Research Activities for Roadside Safety Features, a member of numerous NCHRP panels of experts advising on roadway safety issues, a strong promoter of laboratory accreditation programs for international impact testing laboratories and involved in most of the professional organization committees that focus on roadway safety feature issues. His primary objective is to develop Barrier Systems, Inc., into the market leader in roadside safety features by directing the development and further refinement of technologies that will provide superior products at reasonable prices into this marketplace. |

Chris A. Sanders
Vice President and COO
Mr. Sanders has been with Barrier Systems, Inc., since 1997 and joined the company with over 20 years of management experience in financial and administrative services. He brings a level of organizational experience that will allow Barrier Systems, Inc. to develop and implement ISO 9000 quality systems, a world class field service organization to support customer needs and internal financial and administrative programs that will fulfill the companies growth requirements. |

Edwin M. Wood
Vice President
Mr. Wood has been with Barrier Systems, Inc., for over 10 years and brings over 30 years of senior management experience with the Federal Highway Administration in various positions, including Director of the Office of Highway Safety, Associate Administrator for Research, Development and Technology, and Regional Administrator. His experience and guidance in the areas of establishing transportation safety needs and solutions and effectively communicating these needs and solutions to key transportation agency officials has been a great assistance to the acceptance of moveable barrier technology and to the growth of Barrier Systems, Inc. Mr. Wood will continue to be a key member of the management team that takes us to the next level of market leadership. |
